Frequently Asked Questions
Our Graduation Rings are custom-made and will not be made ready for your graduation day unless you request it to be at the time of placing an order. We would need approx. 8-10 weeks in advance of your ceremony to allow sufficient time for your order to be ready. Once your custom ring is ready, we will post it out to you or have it ready for collection from the ring desk on ceremony day (if you are ordering in advance).
Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of completing your order for your custom graduation ring to be ready. Expect delays if ordering around the Christmas holiday period as we need to allow additional time for close of business.
